Adal put the landmark in human development

  • Online Educational Project

Adal started a project of “online educational project” three years ago with focus on providing online Quran and Urdu teaching to adolescents and youth living in not only Pakistan but in USA, UK and other western countries. The Project is self sustained now and contributing in other projects of Adal.

  • Online Educational Lectures

Adal is aiming to start an online educational program with focus on providing online educational lectures. The initial plan is to deliver online lectures on different topics by the specialists of the respective fields. The lectures will be advertised on the social media and through SMS to attract audience. The later plan includes the delivery of the lectures at universities, colleges and even schools through LCDs. same lectures can be delivered simultaneous to different institutions covering larger audience.

  • Influencing Madrassas towards World Peace

Adal aims to work towards the modernization of the Madrassa’s curriculums and create opportunities and trainings to access up to date information available on the internet on religion. Adal also aims to setup a system of regular scholarships for the talented and outstanding students of the Madrassas to get advance education from the top most universities in religious studies in Egypt, Turkey and Indonesia etc.

  • Scholarship Program

Program is focused to provide full time academic scholarship to the deserving students initially in Islamabad, Chakwal and Lahore later on with the possibility of nationwide, irrespective of religion, colour, race and ethnicity. The aim is to provide with all the expenses related till the completion of degree level education on the monthly/Quarterly or yearly basis with track record and monitoring.

  • Computer Training Program

Adal is planning to establish computer training facilities to benefit youth and adolescents in rural areas of Islamabad, Chakwal and Lahore. Adal aims to create opportunity for the younglings to learn to access the pool of information and knowledge available in the internet and make the technology useful in their day to day life and equip themselves with the knowledge of using computer to compete with the urban peers.

Environmental Preservation

  • Adal believes in the fact that changing lifestyles, the increasing use of disposable materials and excessive packaging are all contributing to an increase in the amount of waste being created. Waste management is now a global concern. The problems associated with Municipal Solid Waste management are complex because of the quantity and diversity of the nature of waste and financial limitations on public services in large cities. The problem is not only confined to land, it includes air and water as well.
  • Adal aims to pilot Environmental education in the schools with Climate change. The topics subjects to be introduced include Solid Waste Management, Waste Water Management, Air Pollution and Carbon foot prints. Based on the success of the pilot project Adal would desire to replicate the project on the broader level. And last based on the results and success stories influence govt. to make curriculum changes.

Health

  • Adal has been supporting and conducting different medical camps for the people who are unable to access medical facilities.
  • Providing lectures and health sessions in the schools, colleges and universities for the awareness rising about preventions from basic health hazards.
  • Distribution of awareness raising material for a healthier life.

Legal Aid

Adal Lahore office is a hub of volunteer Lawyers that are striving for the Protection of rights of Human, children, child labour, minors, Women, pregnant women in jails, women in Dar-ul-Amaan and Labour in factories.

Along with the protection of the rights, program of social uplifting of women through legal education is being carried out through organizing seminars in Court Bar room country wide, Girl Colleges and universities.

Poverty Alleviation (Livelihood)

Craft Trainings and Sales Outlet

Under this program ADAL is running a craft training centres for women and girls for their skill development. In this program along with the training of stitching, cutting and embroidery, Handmade paper bags, Vases made of mud and clay, Show pieces made out of straws, sticks and other waste items are likely to be the main focus. Adal Further established a Sales and Marketing outlet for the display and promotion of these products. By shopping articles from the Sales Outlet you also support a cause – a woman victim to fight against violence, a poor family to improve its finances etc.

Internship Internship Program

Internship Program aims to train and impart relevant experience and exposure in different areas to the fresh graduate which could help them in securing attractive job in development and corporate sectors.
